About Ghost Gold

 

Our company was born out of the love for gardening, charcuterie boards and everything ghost peppers.

We started growing Bhut Jolokia in the hopes of adding some color and texture to our garden. After these little gems were picked at the height of ripeness, we started thinking of a ways they could be used while still at their peak of freshness. Thus began a culinary journey.
We started experimenting by cooking them down with different fruits and vegetables to create the perfect blend of sweet and heat. Each jam has a different, delicious profile with one common denominator...ghost peppers.
We make this jam in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency. We are so excited to share Ghost Gold with you and hope you like it as much as we do.
Now it's time for your own culinary adventure. Experiment with our jam...it is certainly not limited to cheese and crackers. Use it as a glaze for meats, chicken, and veggies. Try it in salad dressings. Drizzle it over ice cream or cheesecake. Mix it in your cocktail for a surprising twist. The sky's the limit.
